Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. Menu Masters is located in Pewaukee, WI and works exclusively with restaurants, hotels, casinos, private clubs and resorts nationwide. We are a results driven company, providing our clients with the best products and services to help strengthen their brand identity and increase sales.

Responsibilities:
- Become knowledgeable in all products and services offered by Menu Masters: menu design, engineering, print services, menu covers, materials, table top marketing products and guest room accessories
- Respond to customer inquiries, research and contact potential new clients and offer creative solutions for menu presentations and brand enhancing products
- Ability to ask questions, listen intently and clearly understand client’s objectives, vision, and established budget
- Prospect and contact potential customers who have inquired about our products and services via e-mail, telephone or trade show
- Regularly contact existing clients by phone or email
- Meet with clients as needed
- Review estimates for accuracy and prepare proposals for prospective jobs
- Assist at Trade Shows
- Send out product samples
- Assist in creating new marketing materials and email campaigns
- Reach established sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as ACT
- Skilled with use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to build rapport with clients, exceptional listening and creative skills to successfully evaluate and define project requirements
- Ability to evaluate and clearly communicate option(s) that provide the best products and services to achieve the results the client is looking for
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
